1. Paid Trial Version

  • Non-Refundable: The paid trial version is a one-day course or event that requires payment to attend. This payment is non-refundable. The reason for this non-refundability is that your payment covers the costs associated with the event, including food, drinks, utilities, and facilities provided for each participant. If you pay for the trial and do not attend the event, your payment is forfeited.
  • Event Attendance: The trial event is scheduled for a specific date provided by Blastify. Ensure you attend on this date, as no refunds will be issued for failure to attend.
  • Trial Account: During the event, you will receive access to a trial account. This trial account is valid for 14 days from the date of the event. After 14 days, the trial account will expire. This limited access is part of the paid trial offer and cannot be extended or refunded.


2. Monthly Subscription

  • Non-Refundable: Payments for monthly subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Once your payment is processed, there will be no refunds or credits for any part of the month, even if you cancel before the end of the billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused days in the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.


3. Annual Subscription

  • Non-Refundable: Payments for annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you pay for a year in advance, you will not receive a refund if you decide to cancel before the end of the year.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. However, cancellation will not result in a refund for any remaining months of the annual term. You will retain access to the service until the end of the annual subscription period.


4. General Conditions

  • Eligibility: All payments made for any Blastify subscription or service are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes all subscription types and any additional features or services purchased.
  • Unused Service: No refunds will be issued for unused services, whether the service is partially or fully unused.
